Ingredients for 1 capsule: Organic* red yeast rice powder titrated at 1.6% in monacolin K 186 mg (i.e. 2.98 mg of monacolin K), organic* rice starch, Plant-based shell (HPMC).* Ingredients from organic farming.

Take 2 to 3 capsules per day, preferably with a meal and with a glass of water.

Recommendations for use

This product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 and adults over 70. Should not be consumed if you are taking medication to lower your cholesterol, if you are sensitive to statins, if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice. Do not exceed the daily dose of 3 mg of monacolins. This product is a dietary supplement. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. In case of medical treatment, seek advice from your therapist. Store away from light, heat and humidity.
